“We are delighted to welcome Tushar and his colleagues to ELP. Tushar is a recognized market leader in his areas of practice and will undoubtedly enable ELP to offer its clients even more value as they grow and enter new markets. Over the past 2 years we have welcomed 12 Partners and Associated Partners to ELP (besides many at other levels). 7 out of the 12 of them are in our Tax and Litigation practices and these remain the core of our firm. This reflects how our next generation Partners instil confidence in clients and remain committed to carry forward the legacy of the founders. In all practices, our growth has far outpaced our attrition; but for us this has never been about numbers. It is a validation of the platform we have built - where outstanding professionals opt to come on board with ELP. We offer a place for like-minded people to come together with a passion for the law and a desire to offer our clients the best in class legal advice. We are humbled by the fact that so many have put their faith in ELP over the years. It has been the continuous endeavour of the firm since it was established over 17 years ago to attract top class talent. Of course, this journey is fraught with many challenges such as: drastic changes in law; an extremely competitive landscape and sometimes irrational demand for talent; but through it all ELP has remained diligently focused on the client’s need for clear, practical and high-quality legal advice. This coupled with a respectful and inclusive work environment will be the lasting legacy of ELP,” said Suhail Nathani, Managing Partner of ELP.
