The new Partners bring a diverse range of expertise in key areas of law, including capital markets, asset management, funds, dispute resolution and arbitration, tax, projects, entrepreneurship, and corporate.

With this the partnership strength of Trilegal grows to 93.

Sridhar Gorthi and Nishant Parikh, Partners, and members of the Management Committee, Trilegal, expressed their contentment by commenting, “It’s always very uplifting to see our talented young counsels take their rightful place in the equity ownership of the firm. The expansion of our partnership with such talented practitioners in key focus areas will benefit our clients and strengthen our brand. We wish them success as they navigate this exciting new phase in their careers.”

On the elevation of Ananya Sonthalia and Siddharth Dang, Yogesh Singh, Partner, and Head of the Corporate practice, extending his congratulations, commented, “We congratulate all Counsels on their elevation. This is a great achievement that reflects their hard work, exceptional legal skills, and dedication to our clients and the firm. For the corporate practice, Ananya will help in expanding the firm’s LP advisory practice; and Siddharth will contribute to our transactional practice by assisting clients with investments in real-estate assets, such as warehouses, data centers, residential and commercial developments.”

Commenting on the elevation of Komal Dani, Himanshu Sinha, Partner and Head of the Tax practice, said, “We are delighted to extend our warmest congratulations to each new partner. Our practice looks forward to seeing Komal in her new role as she utilises her extensive experience in tax laws to serve clients in diverse sectors, such as funds, private equity, financial services, real estate, automobile, defence, software technology, e-commerce, and crypto exchange.”

Expressing jouissance on the elevation of Albin George Thomas, Bhakta Patnaik, Partner, and Head of the Capital Markets practice, said, “We are delighted to be a part of Albin’s journey and elevation which is special, as he was the first associate to repose faith and join the capital markets practice at its inception. Neeraj Menon, Partner, and Head of the Projects practice, while conveying his best wishes said, “We are very happy to see a diverse bunch of Partner elevations at the firm.
