Ananyaa Banerjee

Ananyaa Banerjee, Associate Partner at S.S. Rana, is a part of the IP team for almost 9 years now and currently leads the firm’s Opposition Team. Having experience in the field of IP prosecution and enforcement, she assists on various contentious and non-contentious IP matters including trademark and copyright oppositions and cancellations and providing legal opinions related to prosecution and enforcement. She has experience of handling matters with the Trade Marks Registry and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
