Apeksha Bansal

Apeksha is a part of the corporate practice of the firm. She has an experience of approximately 7 years. She handles several clients for corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory matters relating to regulatory, labor and employment laws, corporate commercial transactions, foreign exchange laws and other general corporate laws including carrying out due diligence, drafting and vetting of contracts.

Apeksha is a lawyer and company secretary. She has worked with Big 4 Accounting firm for two years before joining Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
