Arveena Sharma

Arveena is a part of the firm’s restructuring and insolvency team. Her practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency and commercial dispute resolution. She has advised and represented a diverse clientele, including companies and individuals, in disputes related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and general commercial laws. Arveena has been representing prominent clients such as the consortium acquiring Jet Airways under IBC. Arveena is also a member of the Young Practitioner’s Committee of Insol India.
