Ayoyinka Olajide-Awosedo

Ayoyinka Olajide-Awosedo is a Partner at AARNDALE Solicitors, where she leads the corporate/commercial practice. Her practice encompasses corporate/commercial law, corporate finance, and advising clients on compliance and corporate governance matters. She has particular experience in sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, and real estate. Ayoyinka also holds leadership positions in the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) as Secretary and the Young Directors Forum (YDF) of the Chartered Institute of Directors as 2nd Vice Chair.

Ayoyinka has written various articles including co-authoring the Nigerian Chapter of “Getting the Deal Through – Mergers and Acquisitions”. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University, California, USA and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary University, London, United Kingdom.
