His expertise spans complex regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical trials, nutraceuticals, and digital health, with extensive involvement in approvals, compliance, transactions, advisory mandates, and litigation across sectors. He regularly advises on corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of business agreements, and plays a significant role in intellectual property strategy, patent filing and prosecution, and biodiversity regulatory advisory.
