Christoph Kauffmann

Christoph Kauffmann represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. As a part of his dispute resolution practice, Christoph regularly advises on conflict management and avoidance.

Christoph has experience in advising national and international clients from different sectors, such as Energy and Utilities, Transport and Automotive as well as Tech, Media and Comms.

After studying law in Cologne and Berkeley, Christoph worked as in-house counsel for a US multi-industry company.

Christoph holds a LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a specialization in International Business Law. He joined Osborne Clarke in 2015.

Christoph is part of the Osborne Clarke India Group.
