Advent International's sale of shares in Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals boosted by JSA
J. Sagar Associates advised Advent International, a US-headquartered private equity firm in the sale of its shares worth approx. Rs. 1492.20 crores (approx. USD 196.05 million) in publicly listed Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd.
Advent-owned Amalfiaco sold 6.06 % stake in Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals and was executed through bulk deals on the Stock Exchanges.
