ALMT Legal Advised Lumina Datamatics On Acquisition Of TNQ Tech

Lumina Datamatics Limited (LDL) has entered into definitive agreements to acquire TNQ Tech Private Limited (TNQ) through a two-stage secondary purchase from the shareholders of TNQ.

The acquisition is a strategic move by LDL to expand its digital publishing capabilities.

The first tranche consideration is approximately ₹336 crores, while the second tranche's price will be determined based on future EBITDA metrics.

ALMT Legal advised LDL on the end-to-end transaction.

The transaction team at ALMT was led by Aliff Fazelbhoy, Senior Partner, supported by Ahetesham Thaver, Associate Partner, Meherdad Kavarana, Senior Associate, and Faizan Khatri, Associate.

Earlier this year, the same team at ALMT advised Datamatics Global Services Limited (Datamatics) on its acquisition of Dextara Digital Private Limited (Dextara), a leading provider of Salesforce services.
