Aquilaw Advised OJB Herbals In Equity Investment By First Bridge Fund

Full-service law firm Aquilaw has advised OJB Herbals Pvt Ltd as promoters’ transaction counsel in Series A investment from First Bridge India Growth Fund in OJB Herbals.
Founded by Jitendra Kundalia and Dilip Kundalia, OJB Herbals is engaged in the business of herbal beauty and personal care products under the brands Oshea Herbals and Louis Herbals.
The equity investment transaction involved Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) with a total deal value of Rs.50 crores. It represented a significant milestone for OJB Herbals and First Bridge Fund.
The company has carved a niche in the herbal BPC market with its innovative approach to combine herbal and natural sensibility in modern beauty needs.
Since its inception, Oshea Herbals has been dedicated to offering a wide range of skin, hair, and body care products. These are formulated with herbal ingredients and adhere to the highest standards of purity and efficacy.
