AZB & Partners Advised Aegis Vopak Terminals on INR 28 Billion IPO
AZB & Partners advised and represented Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL) on its initial public offering of equity shares, by way of fresh issue aggregating to approximately INR 28 billion.
AVTL is India’s largest third-party owner and operator of tank storage terminals for liquified petroleum gas (LPG) and liquid products in terms of storage capacity. It holds the largest storage capacity in India’s LPG tank storage sector.
The book running lead managers for the IPO were ICICI Securities Limited, BNP Paribas, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly IIFL Securities Limited), Jefferies India Private Limited, and HDFC Bank Limited.
