The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Bharti Enterprises and Warburg Pincus on their acquisition of a 49% stake in Haier Appliances India. The transaction marks a significant strategic investment in India’s consumer durables sector, strengthening Haier’s long-term growth plans in the Indian market.
