AZB & Partners Advised Emami Paper Mills Ltd. On Power Purchase Agreement With AMP Energy C&I Three Private Ltd.
AZB & Partners provided Legal Counsel to Emami Paper Mills Limited in finalizing a Power Purchase Agreement with AMP Energy C&I Three Private Limited.
The agreement entails the purchase of power from a solar group captive power project aimed at fulfilling Emami Paper Mills' renewable energy requirements for its manufacturing facility in Balasore Plant, Odisha.
The project will have a capacity of 7MW and will be set up in Kantabanji, Odisha.
