AZB & Partners advised Frime S.A.U. on its proposed sale to Captain Fresh India

The leading law firm in India,AZB & Partners advised Spanish seafood conglomerate Frime S.A.U. on its proposed sale to Captain Fresh India. The transaction is subject to approval from Spain’s competition regulator, the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC).
