The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Gentari (formerly Amplus) on drafting, negotiating, and successfully executing a suite of project contracts, on a split-structure basis, for its 153MW wind power project spread across Karur, Tirupur, and Dindigul districts in Tamil Nadu. The projects will be developed under two separate SPVs – Amplus Theta and Amplus Sun Beat.
This transaction forms part of one of the largest project orders or executions announced by Inox Wind Limited, marking a significant expansion within the renewable energy sector.
