AZB & Partners Advised Go Digit And Its Promoters On ₹26.15 Billion IPO
AZB & Partners recently advised Go Digit General Insurance Limited (Go Digit) and its promoters, Go Digit Infoworks Services Private Limited, Oben Ventures, Kamesh Goyal, and FAL Corporation (a part of the Fairfax group), concerning Go Digit's initial public offering (IPO). The IPO amounted to INR 26.15 billion.
The AZB team was led by Senior Partners Varoon Chandra and Lionel D’Almeida, Partner Kritika Agarwal, Senior Associates Sweta Ananthanarayanan and Aratrika Choudhuri, and Associates Aayushi Rout, Vatsla Varandani, Arika Gupta, Harsh Vardhan Singh, Sanjula Chakraborty, and Ashwin Vardarajan.
The initial public offering was facilitated by book running lead managers including ICICI Securities Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (formerly known as Edelweiss Securities Limited).
