AZB & Partners acted as the legal advisors for Ivanhoe OP India Inc. for a sale of 1.45% equity stake held in Macrotech Developers Limited valued at INR 7.26 billion/ approximately USD 91.21 million.

Macrotech Developers is one of the largest real estate developer driven by the passion of building the world's finest developments across residential, commercial, and digital infrastructure portfolio.

The Capital Markets team was led by Partners Vaidhyanadhan Iyer, Ananya Sharma and Lionel D'Almeida, along with associates Rahul Aggarwal and Sneha Nagvekar.

The deal was signed on August 4, 2022 and the transaction was completed on August 8, 2022.
