Ltd. in S.J.S. Enterprises (“Company”), representing 29.53% of the equity share capital of the Company, which aggregated to approximately INR INR 5.7 Bn (approx. USD 68.5 Mn).
S.J.S Enterprises manufactures a wide range of aesthetic products catering to industries like two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, consumer durables/appliances, medical devices, farm equipment, and sanitary ware.
