AZB & Partners advised Samsung Electronics on India aspects of its proposed EUR 1.5 billion acquisition of FläktGroup
AZB & Partners advised Samsung Electronics on the India-related aspects of its proposed acquisition of FläktGroup, a global leader in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, from European investment firm Triton, for a total deal value of EUR 1.5 billion.
This strategic acquisition is expected to significantly strengthen Samsung’s capabilities in addressing the growing cooling requirements of data centres, particularly those supporting artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure globally.
The AZB & Partners deal team was led by Alka Nalavadi (Senior Partner) and Kunal Kumbhat (Partner), with support from Shailesh Singh (Senior Associate), and Anushka Mehta, Khushi Bafna, and Pratham Pratap Mohanty (Associates).
