AZB & Partners advised Straive (formerly SPI Global), a global leader in Data, Analytics, and AI Operationalization, on its acquisition of SG Analytics, a leading provider of AI-powered insights and contextual analytics services. Founded in 2007, SG Analytics delivers tailored business solutions across Financial & Information Services, and Technology & Media sectors, with offices in New York, London, and Pune.
The transaction strengthens Straive’s global capabilities in analytics and expands its footprint across strategic markets.
