The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on its acquisition of Coastal Cloud Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries for an enterprise value of USD 700 million. Coastal Cloud, a Salesforce Summit Partner and Salesforce Ventures portfolio company, offers consulting, implementation, and managed services across multiple Salesforce clouds, with strong data and AI expertise. The transaction is reported as TCS’s largest acquisition to date and one of the largest by an Indian IT firm.
