The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Warburg Pincus on its investment in Fleur Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The transaction involves a combination of a secondary buyout of APG’s stake and a fresh primary investment into Fleur Hotels.
