AZB & Partners represented InCred Techinvest in acquisition of majority stake in South Asian Stocks (Stocko)

AZB & Partners represented InCred Techinvest Private Limited in its proposed acquisition of approximately 76% stake in South Asian Stocks Limited (branded as Stocko) for a consideration of around INR 175 crore. This acquisition marks InCred group’s strategic entry into the retail discount broking space, strengthening its position in the financial services sector.

The AZB & Partners transaction team included Anand Shah (Senior Partner), Harshil Dalal (Partner), Anmol Jain and Vartika Sharma (Senior Associates), and Isana Laisram (Associate).
