AZB & Partners represented InCred Techinvest in acquisition of majority stake in South Asian Stocks (Stocko)
AZB & Partners represented InCred Techinvest Private Limited in its proposed acquisition of approximately 76% stake in South Asian Stocks Limited (branded as Stocko) for a consideration of around INR 175 crore. This acquisition marks InCred group’s strategic entry into the retail discount broking space, strengthening its position in the financial services sector.
The AZB & Partners transaction team included Anand Shah (Senior Partner), Harshil Dalal (Partner), Anmol Jain and Vartika Sharma (Senior Associates), and Isana Laisram (Associate). The due diligence team was led by Rushabh Maniar (Senior Partner), with support from Nandan Pendsey, Esq. and Ajay Singh Solanki (Partners), Riddhi Tulshian and Sayantani Saha (Senior Associates), and Utkarsh Mehrotra, Shivangi Pradhan, Vibhor Agarwal, Varnika Agarwal, Mayukh Mandal, Anargya I Ashok, Labdhi Golechha, Yashashwini Santuka, and Akshat Bhushan (Associates).
