BRLMs Counseled By Khaitan & Co On Proposed IPO By Knowledge Realty Trust
The deal comprised Rs.62,000 million units
Khaitan & Co has counseled the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, JM Financial Limited and Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited on the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Rs.62,000 million units by Knowledge Realty Trust (a Blackstone-Sattva joint venture REIT).
The transaction comprised unique features.
The Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) owns and manages a high-quality office portfolio in India. On listing, it will be the largest office in India based on gross asset value as of 30 September 2024 and net operating income for H1 Financial Year 2025.
It will be the second largest office in Asia and one of the largest globally in terms of leasable space.
It will be the most geographically diverse office in India.
The Khaitan & Co core team comprised Sudhir Bassi (Executive Director), Aayush Mohata (Partner), Subhayu Sen (Partner), Aparna Bagree (Principal Associate), Dipsa Prasanth (Associate), Hrithik Khurana (Associate), Ira Pandya (Associate), Kaushlendra Palawat (Associate), Sairandhri Nawale (Associate) and Sarjana Das (Associate).
They were supported by Harsh Parikh (Partner), Abhiraj Gandhi (Partner), Rishabh Vora (Counsel), Nirali Shah (Principal Associate), Rahul Agarwal (Senior Associate), Snehil Singhvi (Associate), Nupur Antrolikar (Associate) and Haider Sayyed (Associate).
