Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Astec LifeSciences Limited (a subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet) on its rights issue of equity shares.

The rights issue was valued at approximately INR 2,382 million. The equity shares issued pursuant to the rights issue commenced trading on BSE and NSE on July 31, 2025.
