Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors (C&M) acted as the counsel to the BRLM to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares (IPO) of DAM Capital Advisors Limited.
The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 32,064,010 equity shares by certain existing shareholders.
This deal is the first initial public offering by a pure play investment bank in India. The draft red herring prospectus was filed with SEBI and the stock exchanges on 3 September 2024.
