CMS INDUSLAW advised Cosmic PV Power Limited and BRLMs on proposed IPO
The top-tier full-service law firm and the 7th largest in India, CMS INDUSLAW is advising as sole Indian legal counsel to Cosmic PV Power Limited and the book running lead managers, Systematix Corporate Services Ltd and Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited, in relation to the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Cosmic PV Power Limited.
The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 5,400 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to INR 1,000 million by the promoters, Chanakya Opportunities Fund I, and other existing shareholders of the Company. Cosmic PV Power Limited filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on March 30, 2026.
