Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised and assisted Arkade Developers in acquisition of Filmistan Private Limited

The leading Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised and assisted Arkade Developers Limited (“Arkade”), a listed company, in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital (on a fully diluted basis) of Filmistan Private Limited (“Filmistan”). As part of the transaction, Arkade acquired equity shares of Filmistan from the individual shareholders.

The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Rishiraj Bhatt (Partner) and Soumya Srivastava (Partner).

Rishiraj Bhatt, with support from Kinnari Jain (Senior Associate – Designate) and Shrutika Salvi (Consultant), carried out real estate due diligence and advised and assisted in the negotiation and finalization of documentation related to the acquisition from a real estate perspective.

Soumya Srivastava, with support from Shubhangi Singh (Associate) and Samaksh Khanna (Associate), handled the corporate due diligence and documentation aspects of the transaction.
