The leading law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal advisors to the Investors in connection with the issuance of up to 82,000 (Eighty Two Thousand only) fully paid-up, senior, secured, listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debt securities, aggregating up to INR 820,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Eight Hundred and Twenty Crores only), in two tranches by Cube Highways Trust (“NCDs”).
