Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I on its follow-on investment in Intangles Lab Private Limited
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I on its follow-on investment in Intangles Lab Private Limited. Intangles, a physics-enabled predictive AI platform for vehicles, uses IoT and AI-based solutions to provide vehicle health monitoring to original equipment manufacturers and fleet operators through digital twin solutions. The company raised approximately USD 30 million in its Series B funding round led by Avataar Venture Partners, with follow-on investments from Baring Private Equity India and Cactus Partners.
CAM had previously advised Cactus Partners Fund I on its initial participation in Intangles Lab Private Limited during the Pre-Series B funding alongside Baring Private Equity India.
The CAM team was led by Alok Sonkar (Partner), with support from Karishma Jumani (Director – Corporate Transactions), Utkarsh Mankad (Senior Associate), Khushboo Bapna (Associate), Akansha Menghrajani (Associate), Ishita Sharma (Associate), and Aayush Panwar (Associate).
