Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I on its investment in Indigrid Technology
The leading Indian law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I on its additional investment of approximately USD 4 million in the Series A1 fund raise round of Indigrid Technology Private Limited, a full-stack electronics component manufacturer with in-house design and manufacturing capabilities engaged in producing battery packs, motor controllers, vehicle control units, and components for EV drivetrains. Cactus Partners Fund I had previously invested USD 7.72 million in the company.
