Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the Adani Group in relation to its collaboration with GEMS Education, a global leader in private K-12 education.

The Adani Foundation, the CSR arm of the Adani Group, has partnered with GEMS Education to establish world-class schools across India. With an initial donation of INR 2,000 crore from the Adani family, the partnership aims to make high-quality education and learning infrastructure accessible and affordable to people across all strata of society.

The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Subhalakshmi Naskar (Partner & Co-Head – Projects (Infrastructure)), Aarushi Jain (Partner & Head – Media, Education & Gaming), Pooja Kapadia (Partner), and Anand Deshpande (Partner), with support from Diptiman Mohapatra (Principal Associate).
