Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five on ₹7163 Cr Financial Assistance from State Bank of India
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited (Borrower) in relation to the financial assistance aggregating up to an amount of INR 7163.00 Crores availed/to be availed by it from the State Bank of India and its novatees and assignees, inter-alia for the purposes of setting up of 1190 MW (installed capacity of 1363 MW) power projects comprising of hybrid plant (including both solar and wind) in the State of Gujarat.
The transaction team at CAM was led by Amey Pathak, Partner & Head - Banking, and Yash Jain, Partner, with the support from Ayush Chowdhury, Senior Associate, and Gauransh Gaur, Associate.
Other parties to the transaction include State Bank of India (Acted as lender).
