The leading law firm in india, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised AMI Paradigm Solutions Private Limited on its acquisition of the Smart World and Communication Business Unit of L&T Technology Services Limited by way of a slump sale, for a total consideration of ₹452.50 crores.
AMI Paradigm Solutions Private Limited is engaged in delivering large-scale government technology systems across India and international markets, while L&T Technology Services Limited is a leading global engineering research and development services provider specialising in digital engineering, AI, and software solutions.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Santosh Janakiram (Senior Partner), who provided strategic inputs on the transaction, along with Arun Prabhu (Partner – Co-Head, Digital | TMT) and Edward James (Partner).
