Recently, the equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has Advised the book running lead managers (BRLMs) ICICI Securities, BNP Paribas, IIFL Capital, Jefferies India and HDFC Bank on the initial public offering (IPO) of Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited.
The IPO was worth Rs.28,000 million, comprising solely of fresh issue of equity shares. These were recently listed on the stock exchanges.
