Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited (“CG Power”) on the issuance of equity share capital aggregating to INR 3,000 crore by way of a qualified institutional placement (“Issue”). The Issue was undertaken by CG Power in compliance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable rules and regulations.

The Issue launched on June 30, 2025, and closed on July 3, 2025. CG Power operates across two business sections: industrial systems and power systems, catering to three sectors: power, railways and manufacturing.

The transaction Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Devaki Mankad (Partner, Regional Co-Head – Capital Markets – West) and Gayathri Ramachandran (Partner), with support from Sakshi Sharma (Associate), Aniruddh Saraswat (Associate) and Shabri Bose (Associate).
