Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Dixon Technologies (India) Limited (“Dixon”) on the binding term sheet executed between Dixon and Signify Innovations India Limited for the proposed joint venture concerning the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) business of lighting products and accessories ("Proposed Transaction").
The Proposed Transaction is subject to execution of definitive agreements, receipt of applicable statutory approvals, and completion of customary conditions precedent.
