Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Easebuzz Private Limited in securing USD 30 million (approximately INR 256 crore) in its Series A funding round led by Bessemer Ventures Partners. The round also saw participation from existing investors 8i and Varanium through a combination of primary and secondary transactions.
The firm’s role included advising on the structuring, documentation, and closing aspects of the transaction.
