Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Envision with respect to the 300 MW Wind Power Project
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Envision Wind Power Technologies India Private Limited (Envision) with respect to the supply, technical services/commissioning and operation and maintenance of 91+ Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) (3.3 MW each) for the 300 MW wind power project being developed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Viviid Renewables in Karnataka. Our role involved drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing of the: (a) supply contract; (b) technical services and commissioning contract; and (c) operation and maintenance contract, with respect to the WTGs.

The transaction was signed on 16th December 2023.
