The firm advised in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Fisdom by Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited (Groww).
Fisdom offers a range of financial services, including mutual fund investments, stock broking services, portfolio management, and tax filing.
The transaction was signed on 16 May 2025 and completed on 6 October 2025.
