Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Fisdom and its promoters, in relation to the proposed acquisition of 100% of the shares of Fisdom by Groww. The transaction was signed on 16th May, 2025.

Fisdom provides a range of financial services, including mutual fund investments, stock trading, bonds, portfolio management, and tax filing.
