Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Fusion Finance on its INR 8,000 million rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Fusion Finance on its rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares valued at approximately INR 8,000 million. The issue was subscribed 1.5 times and marks a significant capital raise initiative for the company. IIFL Capital Services acted as the lead manager to the rights issue.
The firm also advised the promoters of Fusion Finance, Warburg Pincus and Creation Investments, on their participation in the offering. The partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the rights issue commenced trading on BSE and NSE on May 12, 2025.
The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas team was led by Vishal Yaduvanshi (Partner, Regional Co-Head Markets Practice – Northern Region) and Abhyuday Bhotika (Partner), with support from Mihir Mathur (Senior Associate), Rajshree Agarwal (Associate), Nimisha Sharma (Associate), Kaartikay Agarwal (Associate), and Sanskar Modi (Associate).
