Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Ivalue Infosolutions on Its IPO
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Ivalue Infosolutions Limited (“Company”) on its initial public offering (IPO). The Company undertook an IPO of 18,738,958 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each for cash at a price of Rs. 299 per share, aggregating to Rs. 5,602.95 million (“Offer”), comprising an offer for sale by Sundara (Mauritius) Limited, an affiliate of private equity firm Creador, and other shareholders. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as domestic legal counsel to the Company.
Ivalue Infosolutions Limited is an enterprise technology solutions specialist, providing comprehensive, purpose-built solutions for securing and managing digital applications and data. The book running lead managers for the IPO were IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly IIFL Securities Limited) and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited.
