Morgan Services India Private Limited (“JPM”) in securing the lease of Building No. 1 within Prestige Technology Park, Bangalore. The transaction involved lease deeds for multiple premises, including the East Wing (comprising Phase 1, Phase 1A, and Expansion Space 1 with an aggregate Super Built-Up Area of 1,65,929 sq. ft.) and the West Wing (comprising floors 1–6, totaling approximately 4,48,070 sq. ft.), along with associated car parking spaces, storage facilities, and other amenities.
