Morgan Services India Private Limited (“JPM”) on the lease of approximately 5,50,000 square feet of office space at Embassy Tech Village, Bangalore. JPM, as the lessee, entered into the lease with Vikas Telecom Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Embassy REIT.
