Morgan Services India Private Limited (“JPM”) on one of the largest office space transactions in Hyderabad in recent times, in connection with the establishment of its IT/ITeS operations at the WeWork Campus located at Skyview Tower 20, Hitech City, Madhapur, Telangana.
The transaction involved JPM taking up significant office space to support its expanding operations in India and marks a major real estate transaction in Hyderabad’s commercial office market.
