Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited on setting up of Asia’s largest GCC
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited (JPM) on the setup of Asia’s largest Global Capability Center (GCC). JPM entered into a lease agreement with BSS Property Ventures Private Limited and Rajeshwar Property Ventures Private Limited, both affiliates of Brookfield Properties, for approximately 1.3 million square feet of built-to-suit office space to be developed at a tech park proposed to be called “One Forest Avenue” in Powai, Mumbai.
The deal value for this transaction is the largest for an office space leasing transaction by a single user in India to date.
The CAM transaction was supervised by Namrata Kolar (Partner – Head, Real Estate).
The CAM deal team advising JPM was led by Harsha Sudhindra (Partner) and Jaideep Kodali (Partner), with support from Solomon Sone (Associate).
