Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised KNR Constructions Limited ("KNR") and its wholly owned subsidiary, KNRC Holdings and Investments Private Limited ("KNRCHIPL") in divestment of their entire stakes in KNR Muzaffarpur Barauni Tollway Private Limited and KNR Muzaffarpur Holdings Private Limited to JKM Infra Projects Limited and its promoter.
