Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised KNR Constructions Limited on sale of four road assets to Indus Infra Trust
The leading law firm in India,Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsels for KNR Constructions Limited (“Company”) in its sale of 100% shareholding in four special purpose vehicles—KNR Palani Infra Private Limited, KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited, KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited, and KNR Ramanattukara Infra Private Limited—to Indus Infra Trust for a total consideration of INR 1,543 crores.
The sale was effected through execution of share purchase agreements.
